All of the standard buildings are available for EZ Payment. Special orders may require a cash purchase. If the customer intends to alter the building with construction or painting it will need to be a cash purchase.

Down payments may vary from region to region. Ask your local dealer for details. In most cases, buildings wider than 12 ft. will require additional down payment fees due to wide load hauling restrictions and escort service requirements.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. A building purchased from a dealer (in stock & on the dealer’s lot) will usually take 7-10 days to deliver. If the building purchased has to be manufactured, it will normally be 14-21 days. Weather conditions and the demand of the season can alter delivery times.
Yes. When you buy or rent to own a building from Supershed, we will deliver your building for FREE within 50 miles of your local dealer. Initial setup of building is also included.
The only requirement is a level location. Our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids. In order to level the building we use treated wood blocks. If you would like to have your building on concrete blocks, we only require that you provide the blocks. For specifics on number of blocks needed for your particular building, ask your local dealer.
Supershed requires that your site be ready for delivery, and is not responsible for making any alterations to fences or other barriers. We do not cut trees or limbs. Please make sure the path to your building site is free of obstructions. In some cases it may be possible for us to build your building on-site. If you have any questions about your site, contact your local dealer.
A vertical space of 14′, measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer, is required. Be sure to take any tree branches and utility wires into account. The driver will still need a minimum of 2′ of space to maneuver the truck. That is, a building 12′ wide will require a 14 foot wide space. Please take tight turns into account when considering a location.
We can build any size building between 8×12 and 16×40 as long as it is in increments of 2′. Therefore, sizes falling within that range that are not listed on your dealer’s price list can be custom built. Hauling restrictions may apply on larger sizes in some states and/or regions. Therefore, 14′ and 16′ wide buildings are not available in all areas. Check with your local dealer for details.
We are limited by hauling regulations as to how wide a building we can deliver. The current regulation is 12′. For this reason, 12- wide buildings are measured from eave to eave. Our 8′ and 10′ wide buildings are measured from wall to wall.
You should enjoy many years of maintenance-free storage, but you should keep your building clean and repaint or stain your building when needed.
Your Supershed building treated siding can be stained or touched up with Pittsburg Paints HONEY GOLD stain.
You are responsible for contacting your local city and county agencies in regard to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants. Also, it is recommended that you contact your Home Owners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may be apply.

We guarantee our buildings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years. All exposed pressure treated wood has a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty against termites and fungal decay. Painted treated siding has a LP SmartSide® 50-year warranty against decay, termites and delamination. Metal siding also carries a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

On buildings that are 8 Ft. wide, Supershed includes a single door, with an opening of approximately 46″. On buildings that are 10 Ft. wide or wider, Supershed includes Double doors, with an opening of approximately 72″.
